Biography

- suit style patchstitch monster
- he's not the suit, he's INSIDE the suit
- the skull mouth being propped open with wire so he can see

- a cobbled together and rarely repaired mess of fabric and hair, covered in enchanted ribbons to bind his magic still, all coated with wax

- something in between a dragon and a man, hobble-hunched over a staff beaded with crystalized plague magic and bowed further with the weight of ice-fire candles

- not of healthy stock, both parents being patchstitch monsters
- one parent caught life only by being born near the shadowbinder's deathsite, where she laid radiating shadow magic without measure or care
- the other was iceborn - and the icewarden was always stingy with his gifts of life

- the plaguebringer stripped away their scant strands of ice magic and left them as a red mirage
- good news! you don't have a plague overexposure. you are a plague dragon now
- no bones no meat no problem

- atlarama went with to a pilgrimage to the wyrmwound and her parents recognized her of course
- and were kinda. shocked that she'd fallen in with clan virulent, the three mother's champion and his clan of immortals
- this is the one thing that could have budged them from being monks next to the wyrmwound

- so atlarama broached the topic of building a patchstitch suit to liutra so they'd survive without the ambient magic around the wyrmwound
- and she went OH YEAH LET'S GO

- a plague fanatic
- very strict on following the virulent plague sect
- has a background in ice religion which is. a lot. and where he gets that all from

- he doesn't have to work because look at him
- but he keeps himself busy by making plaguey stuff to sell during the riot of rot
- dried snakes for burning, casks of veinsap, warsticks, etc

- actually very reliable, often asked to deliver stuff to the warlord towns below the cliff, since he can go in peace
