The brisk, cold air hung in the night, enveloping any dragons that happened to be making their way through it. The dark woods let no light show through, creating an ominous feel, the woods where a dragon would walk through but never make their way out. The sound of heavy footsteps sounded through the woods, the cry of a raven breaking the silence. Fear shot through the living, someone was hear, and someone was out for blood.

Abaddon walked through the night, feeling the darkness take him over. It was a refreshing and amazing feeling for him. He pressed his way through the thickets, a small raven perched on his shoulder, eyes as red as blood. Abaddon held a dagger in his talons, at the ready in case a victim were to come by and prove to be worth the kill. The beneficial thing about his raven was that it was able to fly around and hunt for him. If Abaddon closed his eyes he was able to see through his raven, it's how he was able to bring back victims to practice wizardry on. He patted his raven on the head and sent him off on the hunt, Abaddon hoped desperately to find a victim this time around. Nobody ever came through the woods again as it was so close to the Cult of Clandestine place of worship. Abaddon felt his raven's every movement as it flew swiftly through the thick woods. Just as he was about to close his eyes and see what his bird was seeing he heard swift footsteps and spun around, Eira was standing behind him holding her snakes and eyeing him mischievously.

"Son of the Deities I thought you were going to be some stupid victim who just happened to have very loud footsteps, I should've known it was you." Eira let out a soft laugh and came up beside Abaddon, her fiery eyes looking through him.

"Oh please, I'm not an idiot I happen to be very good at my job. Being a huntress is very rewarding, which by the way is my job. What are you doing out here?" Abaddon rolled his eyes and muttered under his breath. Eira might be fierce but she proved to be quite the distraction sometimes. Abaddon continued throw the woods, listening to her incessant chatter.

"You know, if you keep up all the talking we're never going to find any victims because they're going to hear you from a mile away." Eira chuckled lightly.

"So? We'll chase after them, that's part of the thrill of the hunt is being able to chase after a victim and watching as they struggle before you take them back to Isolde!" Abaddon wished Ruby were here, at least she understood the whole keep silent during the hunt deal. Abaddon and Eira listened for the sound of voices, but there was nothing. Big surprise. Abaddon closed his eyes hoping to find where his raven was, and bingo. He had found a lone Fae, looking completely lost and utterly confused at where they were. A viscous smile spread across his face.

"Found someone Eira, come on now." Eira smiled widely and trailed after Abaddon, the woods got darker and darker and eventually he heard the fearful whimper of a lost dragon. The Fae was curled under a boulder and being extremely watchful. Abaddon could feel his adrenaline rush as he motioned for Eira to chase the dragon his way. Eira crawled up behind the lost Fae letting and spooked him from his hiding spot. The Fae let out a loud screech and flew right into Abaddon's clutches. The Fae struggled wildly, trying his best to escape but Abaddon pulled out his dagger and in two fell swoops, sliced off the wings of the Fae. Eira let out a wild laugh and Abaddon licked the blood off of the dagger, the wonders of wielding a weapon that could slice through skin and bone. The Fae cried out in pain, writhing on the ground, wingless and weak to the core.

"Not so strong now are we friend?" Abaddon hissed. The Fae said nothing, and went into immediate shock now that it had been cut. Abaddon grabbed it's tail and dragged it with him back to the encampment that the cult had. Eira grabbed the wings and took them with her. Abaddon figured that she'd hang them up on a wall somewhere as a trophy of this hunt. It was amazing, as he continued to drag the body behind him he forced his way through the undergrowth until he found himself facing an old stone building, the place of worship.

Ruby rushed over to him, a wild grin spread across her face as she spotted the two dragons and the Fae. At this point, the lone Fae had somewhat returned to consciousness and yelped when he saw the group of dragons eyeing him with a deadly hunger.

"State your name weakling!" Abaddon snapped as he tossed the Fae aside. "

N-Nymph. My name is Nymph." Ruby let out a soft chuckle and grabbed the Fae aggressively. Abaddon had his raven perch on his shoulder and commanded him to rip the eyes out of the dragon. The Fae tried to defend itself, but it was no use. An earsplitting scream tore through the woods as the raven ripped out his eyes and handed them to Abaddon. Perfect for dark magic. Nymph writhed on the ground pitfully, without wings and eyes he was nothing. "Oh this is very good, i'm sure Isolde would love this boy for a sacrifice, what a waste it would be to let his body rot away here."

"Gee this was fun! We ought to do this again sometime shouldn't we Abaddon?" Abaddon smirked at Eira and nodded his head slowly.

"Definitely, you do quite a good job at being a huntress now don't you my dear?" Eira nodded her head excitedly and went off into the building. Abaddon held the eyes of the Fae and led Ruby along a stone pathway to the back of the building where Isolde was waiting for them. The Ridgeback turned her head and smiled thinly at the dragons waiting for them.

"Ah, a victim to appease our great dark lords eh?" Ruby nodded her head and brought Nymph to Isolde. Isolde held him up and smiled grimly. "Oh you've done so much damage already, is there anything left for me to do?" Abaddon walked up and handed her his dagger.

"Slit his throat and appease the gods of course." Isolde laughed and snatched the dagger from him.

"Clever indeed Abaddon, next time though bring me a victim that you and the others haven't already mutilated." Abaddon bowed and nodded his head.

"Of course Isolde." Isolde led them into the building along a dark corridor until they reached a large room, with a hole in the ceiling that brought in the moonlight. In the center of the room was pentagram that had been embedded into the ground. She then held the Fae and brought him into the middle holding the dagger in one talon, and the dragon in the other.

"Oh great deities down under, please accept this offer and all that we have to give you, your followers. We serve you and you only, no other beings are as powerful and great as yourselves. We live up to your standards and please you when we can. Take this sacrifice and may it give you pleasure. The Cult of Clandestine will continue to serve you forever." Then with a slice across the Faes throat letting him bleed into the pentagram. Abaddon smiled and bowed his head along with Ruby and Isolde. This was his place now as a warlock for the Cult of Clandestine. He would never live to do anything else, he would bring sacrifices to either work with or take to Isolde. It was his job and his role, his life.
