Kirby's closest friend. He is heavily underestimated due to his small size. And not to mention the thousands of other faes that live in Dreamland that aren't good at fighting in the slightest. However, he is much more than what he looks like on the outside. He has spent years honing his skills with a spear and a parasol, to the point that he can rival even Kirby; but still, he is determined to get stronger. He has gone a long way from just being another fae in Dreamland. A long time ago, he was just one of the simple workers in Castle Dedede, but one with a dream. Even then, he wanted to get stronger. Dedede noticed this drive in the fae, and made the decision to instill his trust in him as his right-hand, and Bandee made the decision then to follow his dream. With a little help from Kirby, he was able to gain confidence in battle too. This is one of the things that drew Bandana closer to the nocturne, and that closeness is one of the reasons he doesn’t work under Dedede anymore— though don’t get him wrong, he still looks up to the king. And it’s not that he has trouble deciding where his loyalties lie, no. He has simply made the decision to become his own dragon. And as you’ll see, his training has paid off. In fact, he has gone as far as to be one of the four heroes protecting Dreamland, right alongside both Dedede and Kirby. Still, people tend to overlook his strength and only see his weaker attributes that still shine through. For example, even though he has made a lot of progress in terms of confidence, there is a part of him that is still anxious and a little cowardly. To this day, he still has a hard time riding Warp Stars.
