A quiet dragon who acts on his own volition. Believed to be a mute, he sparsely responds to others aside from the occasional grunt, gesture, or "ora." Wears... Very minimal clothing. Sometimes unaware of how big he is and often comes across as audacious. Despite his refusal (or inability) to say more than "ora," Il'ike, Veamund, and Scully know Ora must care to some extent because if he wanted to kill them all, he easily would have done so already.

"He's almost like a disoriented spirit. He can do other things besides fight--he'll do whatever we ask of him usually. But the only thing I've ever seen him do of his own volition is fight. Maybe he's someone's fighting spirit lost or separated from its common body. He's so... Bizarre. Quiet... Resilient. Why? I don't even know if it's by choice or because he can't find it in himself to do or say anything else."
