Description:
Baileya had a fairly comfortable life in the Shifting Expanse, working for a private company as an automotive engineer, designing schematics for experimental vehicles, trying to make the next big breakthrough in transportation tech. They seemed to have a promising future, but they missed a major flaw in one of their designs, and unfortunately that flaw didn't get caught until one of Baileya's vehicles crashed and burned, with a politically powerful passenger inside.

With a bit of bounty now on their head for the incident, Baileya quickly fled their once comfortable life in Lightning, heading toward the peaceful and (hopefully) safe countryside of the Windswept Plateau to try to live life as a quiet nobody. Unsure of their future and as nervous and anxious as ever, they ended up running into the traveling bard Charon, who temporarily calmed Baileya down with a pretty tune. The two dragons hit it off, and having nowhere to settle down anyway, Baileya agreed to travel around Wind with Charon and the two are now dating.

Baileya is currently pearl-less, having accidentally left it back at home in Lightning, and they probably aren't going to try to retrieve it any time soon .
Favorites:
Growing up, Baileya always was fascinated with technology and enjoyed taking things apart and then fixing them back up, wanting to get an understanding of what made things work. They always dreamed of being a part of the Shifting Expanse, Sornieth's tech capital, moved there as soon as they were able to, and enjoyed a good 25 years there. The Plateau is nice, but they miss the desert a lot.

Despite the setbacks, Baileya still is very good at working with their hands and enjoys playing around with tools and wires whenever they have the chance. They're quite imaginative, and like trying to figure out how to put their own spin on existing things and can ramble on about their ideas for hours. All in all, they're a nerd who likes a good puzzle.

 		Appearance:
Baileya is a short, fat, and stubby Pearlcatcher with a curly, frizzy mane that goes halfway down their neck, and fur tufts on their cheek that stretch down to their collar. They have droopy ears and a boxy snout with uneven whiskers - the left twice as long as the right. Their upper horn is broken off.

Baileya has poor eye sight and alternates between wearing their goggles and normal prescription glasses. They had a fairly high status in lightning and though their wardrobe is much smaller now, they still try to look well-dressed. They often wear layers, and enjoy looser style clothes with a propensity for floral patterns.
