Leto the Second

Gangster and drug smuggler
Leto is the leader of a small gang of illicit drug smugglers. Specializes in smuggling designer drugs manipulated by magic to produce an array of pleasurable and ~very~ unique effects. Operates out of the Starfall Isles and likes to sample the product.

Thinks himself quite the BA, Leto is very concerned with his reputation and looks. He is quite dangerous, and can easily get carried away with his sadistic streak. Loves the look of blood on white, and will chose to get down and dirty with his claws over magic any day of the week. Despite his penchant for sadism, Leto is can be quite affable at first glance. He has a quick smile, and can often be found in the center of a crowd. Yet, those that know him know to be terrified by the labile and manic ridgeback. He is surprisingly good at his job drug smuggler of an illegal ring despite the high turnover rate of his staff. Despite his violent tendencies, he tries to restrain himself from the violence he craves unless he feels the victim deserves it and the consequences are manageable. (Unfortunately, it does not take much for him to come to the conclusion that someone deserves death. He expects much from those under him. The rewards are high, but so are the stakes) Expects competency from his underlings, and is big on respect. Once angered, Leto quickly becomes violent, and this ability to rapidly switch moods keeps even those that have worked with him for years in a state of caution. His life partner was recently killed; Leto has since tried to distract himself by taking in the very intelligent and young Jax as an apprentice. When not working, Leto can often be found in shady bars or gambling dens socializing with others and increasing his web of contacts. He is very fond of blood alcohol, and finds recently fed leeches a yummy treat. Sadomasochist.

Leto first got on the wrong side of the law due to his love of cards. This dragon has always had a love of danger - the thrill of wining or loosing it all. He won't admit it, but a few of his deeper scars are actually from his times as an amateur card sharp. Leto has long since realized that there are much more thrills to be had in drug smuggling then ever was in card games, but is still up for a game or two with those who show skill. His years at cards has taught him how to read other dragons pretty well.
