A dangerous PearlCatcher (Teriyaki) has a shop downtown in the light flight & has a mysterious Gaoler customer come her way asking for a dangerous poison. “That’ll be 500kt,” Teriyaki says with a concern of payment. “Can I give you payments?” He asks nervously,” I need this.” He says with a strange tone. “Ok,” she said,” “I’ll kill you later,” she thought to herself. “Thank you,”

2 years later…

Teriyaki is sitting at a table with the buyer discussing “payment” with him. “So,” she says confidently,” How long are you going to take with my money?” “Well uh,” he rattles nervously,” about that.”He sips his drink to avoid answering. “I don’t have the money yet.” He squeaks. “You know what happens to people who don’t pay me…” she says with an evil smirk. “I’ll get it soon; I promise!” “You know what happens to them?” She asks foolishly,” ask me,” “what?” He says petrified. “They die,” she said with a quiet laugh that followed. He took one look at his drink and got up from his chair immediately. “They never learn,” she says wickedly. He stands there in shock right before a blur of a dragon comes up from behind him and stabs him repeatedly, leaving him dead on the floor. “Nobody ruins my fun,” Teriyaki said angrily. The WildClaw landed next to the Gaoler wiping the blood off her knife on a tablecloth. “I was about to kill him!” she said furiously. “It sure didn’t look like it,” the WildClaw said as she chuckled,” I’m SoulCatcher btw. Why’d you want him dead anyway?” “You first,” she said in a sly voice, “before I kill you,” “Very unlikely.” Catch said with enthusiasm. “Money,” they both said synchronized. An awkward silence arose. “I’m going to have to kill you,” Teriyaki said seriously. “You’re funny,” Catch continued,” I think…” “Well I guess you could be useful,” Teriyaki said in a chilling voice,” I could use some money,” “Well, I’m not for sale!” Catch said in a joking voice. “You are now,” Teriyaki mumbled as she walked over to the table in the center of the cave. Catch turned around to see a cold, empty room. Confused, she turned around to see Teriyaki with chloroform; grabbing her swiftly, as she passed out, crashing to the floor…

The pearlcatcher had caught her off guard with something almost new to her. She recalled lying in the dark-lit room, the door creaking open, a golden pearlcatcher in the doorway. The dragon came closer; she was petrified. The dragon poured an unfamiliar liquid into Catch's mouth and she was ordered to swallow as she choked on the substance. She did as she was told in fear; whatever was in that bottle basically ripped her from the inside out. She lay there alone, groaning in misery.


Catch felt a familiar pain in her chest, "That psychopath!" The Wildclaw recalled the suffering from the dark, drafty room in the back of the pearlcatcher's shop- it was meant to leave her and repeat the process over- The most awful form of torture: slow and painful.


I need to find the antidote after the poison and all…”

“Unless I do something about it.”
Teriyaki loomed into view. Her tail swished mischievously at the dragons

Catch’s eyes widened,” no,” she muttered,” this can’t be happening…”

“Oh dear but it is.”

She reached into her bag and produced the actual antidote waving it hypnotically in front of Catch’s snout.
“Look what I got....”

Catch looked at her petrified,” please,”

“Hmm. If only there was something you could do in return- oh wait... there is”
She pretended to drop the vial, catching it mid-fall.
“Oops- that would’ve been bad.”
She held the vial out for catch to see closely cackling quietly.
“But I mean if you’re not interested in what I need you for then-“
She began to put the vial away...
Catch completely let off her guard, following the antidote as the dragon held it in front of her.

“Hmm. Ig I’ll just throw this away.”

“No!” Catch shouted reaching for the vial.
Catch whimpered,” I need that!” She said in a desperate voice,” anything- I’ll do anything!”

She snatched it way before catch could take it
“Ahh No no noooo. Are you ready to listen?”

Catch said in a stuttering voice,”y-yes-“

“Alr.”

Catch listened, shaking nervously.

“There’s this dragon, a particular imperial who’s too large for me to capture to- let’s just say I need to ‘punish’ her- anyway, I need you to capture her and take her to me.”
Catch nodded excessively reaching for the Pearlcatcher’s bag.

“Oh and when you leave and try to escape me, that won’t be happening because I may or may not have injected a tracking device in that poison and that may or may not have been how I found you.”

Catch drooped. She came to a realization-
Catch lowered her head, showing her submission to the dragon.

“Ok so do we have a deal?”

“Yes,” she said with a worried look on her face.
“Anything for the antidote-“ she whispered to herself.

“Good. Here”
She threw the vial carelessly

Catch lunged for it, grabbing it an inch off the ground, breathing heavily.

“Go now-I have stuff to do that’s more important-“
