Biography

Fodderlocke Rules

Not typical rules, just what I use

Startup:
  • Crew leader at level 8
  • Four crew members at level 4
  • One hatchling to be leveled to 5 when it comes of age

Phase 1: Recruiting
  • Buy the two cheapest adult dragons on the AH and level them to 6
  • Roll a d6 for each dragon, if they get 1-5 they fail and are exalted, if they get a 6 they are recruited
  • Continue until a success (or two at once) and move to Phase 2

Phase 2: Event

Roll a d20 to determine what happens

1. Big Oops - Someone misinterpreted or misread the standing orders for the day, resulting in a catastrophic mission failure - exalt three random, non-leader dragons.

2. Romance - There's some flirting going on behind closed doors - two random dragons are now linked, if one would be exalted, exalt both of them

3. Freeloader - Where did this guy come from? - buy an adult off the AH and leave them at level 1

4. Raid - It's time to go pillaging resources - two random dragons gain a level, then roll a d6 for each of them and exalt them if they get a 1

5. Raid - It's time to go pillaging resources - two random dragons gain a level, then roll a d6 for each of them and exalt them if they get a 1

6. Raid - It's time to go pillaging resources - two random dragons gain a level, then roll a d6 for each of them and exalt them if they get a 1

7. Raid - It's time to go pillaging resources - two random dragons gain a level, then roll a d6 for each of them and exalt them if they get a 1

8. Raid - It's time to go pillaging resources - two random dragons gain a level, then roll a d6 for each of them and exalt them if they get a 1

9. Hatched - A secret child or sibling has just come to light - buy the cheapest hatchling on the AH, and level them to 5 when they come of age

10. Backstabbing - Even the closest-knit of groups are always going to have problems - pick 2 random dragons, assign them heads/tails, then a flip coin, winner lives, loser dies

11. Hazing - They wouldn't have made it in a real fight anyway - roll a d10 for each dragon on the weakest half of your crew, and if their roll is higher than their level exalt them

12 .Coup - What did you expect from bandits? - exalt the captain and replace them with the next-highest level dragon - give replacement a level to keep them ahead

13. Gamble - Good rewards are worth high risk - take your two highest level dragons andflip a coin, if heads both gain a level, if tails take both into their level venue and exalt the first to faint

14 . Ambush - We're not the only ones trying to make a living outside the law - flip coin, if heads exalt 1 dragon, if tails exalt 2

15. Double - Sometimes we get the dregs from groups long gone - buy the two cheapest AH adults, level both to 7

16. Oops - Everyone makes mistakes - exalt a random non-leader dragon

17. Massacre - Sometimes things go really wrong and they send an small army after you - flip a coin for each dragon, exalt if tails

18. Training Montage - Gotta make sure we're strong enough somehow - raise every dragon 1 level

19. Mutiny - I don't like how they ran things and decided to do it myself - 1 dragon forms a new group and gains a level, they are joined by 1 other random dragon. Can only be 1 mutiny group, if they roll this then 1 dragon returns to main group, if either group has only 1 dragon, exalt them

20. Disaster - Living rough means sometimes the land decides it doesn't like you - roll a d12 for all dragons, if they roll higher than their level, exalt them
