Unus Annus is a year long project about the inevitability of death and that all people, places, and things will come to an end. Would you squander the little time you have left and do nothing with that year or try to make every second count? Unus and Annus are two sides of the same coin just like life and death, the only difference is how passive and active they are. Unus tries to passively accept the finality of death and this shows in his emotions and makes him extremely empathetic and caring whereas Annus is very accepting of this invevitable scenario and is extremely confident about what he wants to do with the time he has left.
