Biography
Marseille was born at start of the riot-part of the Riot of Rot; in the chaos of dragons spreading plague and rot, Marseille found himself at the edge of the Scarred Wasteland, in Dragonhome. The young dragon, wandering deeper into Dragonhome in an attempt to reach home, spread rot as he walked deeper into the earthy plains - he found himself calmed by the same lack of life it had as Scarred Wastes.
Eventually, Marseille came upon the clan of the Scorching Granite, found by the faithful clan guardian, Volganir. In their meeting, Volganir trapped Marseille's spreading rot in earth, stating that no plague dragon was allowed to spread rot within their clan grounds, lest they obscure any precious jewels. Nature dragons were under the same rule, he reassured.
Marseille stayed with the clan until he matured, teaching the clan the rituals to participate in the Riot of Rot. Marseille, with his sweet and faithful personality, convinced even some of the clan's many nature dragons to participate in the festivities. At the end of the festival, having reached optimal size to travel once again, Marseille returned to the Plaguebringer, sensing in the near-primal strength of his plague magic he was to train under the Plaguebringer herself.
While he returned to train under the Plaguebringer, Marseille had made the Scorching Granite his home, and returned whenever he was not in training with the other disciples.
