A trickster by nature, Perri can be somewhat abrasive, but her role in the ring as a conniving jester makes her an audience favourite. She likes to provoke other dragons, prodding and pushing them until she gets a reaction. It may seem like she is doing this for her own amusement (and indeed, it does amuse her greatly), but her behaviour stems from a deep distrust of others. Back when she and her brother were travelling orphans, Perri learned that people can turn on you at the drop of a hat, and so she antagonises others in a misguided attempt to judge their character. When other dragons inevitably react poorly to this treatment, she concludes that they could not in fact be trusted, thus she is trapped in a self destructive cycle of never making any friends.
The only dragon Perri truly trusts is her brother, Ghosh, and the two of them have been inseparable since hatching. Though she does not share his ambitions to summon The Great Whimsical One, she is fiercely supportive of him, and willing to help his plans in any way she can. Besides, summoning a creepy old clown god seems like just the sort of mischief that's right up her alley.
