Biography
Mayani the Wise
The Mediator With Dragons coming to the Clan from many regions, with many clashing personalities, Mayani was hired by the Clan Matriarch, Nassandra in order to facilitate a team spirit between all of the Clan members. Being a Skydancer means Mayani has a natural gift for reading the thoughts and energies of others, and being Ice-borne means her lack of emotions allows her to remain neutral in any clan disputes. |

Backstory
(More just a list of things right now, I'll make it flow nicer later)
An Ice-borne Skydancer, Mayani is about as odd as they come. A lack of emotions and an innate desire to bond with other Dragons don't quite go hand in hand, giving Mayani a lot of trouble growing up. Her parents could not deal with how odd she was compared to the rest of their Ice-clan, and abandoned her whilst she was still a Hatchling.
She barely remembers her parents as a result, and spent most of her youth travelling from clan to clan, initially making friends, but soon realising the other Dragons were quickly growing tired of her cold attitude and moving on to the next clan.
As she grew older however, she realised that her unique traits made her an excellent Mediator, able to read the emotions of others, but not being caring enough herself to actually pick sides. So she acted as a "Judge for Hire", still moving from clan to clan, but this time with a purpose - and earning a lot of money as a result.
When Nassandra offered to hire her on a more permanant basis, Mayani was initially overwhelmed by the amount of petty disputes in the clan, who all had strong, clashing personalities - and even more clashes between the Dragons, and the Beastclans they kept company.
But she soon realised that they were all oddballs like herself, those who didn't have a traditional upbringing, and decided to stay more permanantly, as she had finally found a place where she could fit in.
She still continues to mediate all of the many disputes, but now with a renewed sense of purpose.
