"When I was born I was immediately placed into quarantine away from the rest of my siblings. Bellua is acquainted with the Carnage-Ichor Warden and leader of the C-I order Kairos. He frequently visits and gets certain privileges that many others would dream of. Kairos was his first benefactor when he was just a young necromancer.
Bellua's first mentor is Bilal before he became a lich. He is the reason he was inspired to become a mutagist as well as why he believes feral ghouls can be good weapons.
His mentor Bilal is where he got his scar and how his eyes retained Dark Scalera. Due to his eyes he is an avid tracker and often uses them when he is on the job.
Bellua is the only Effluvial Crow in his family and was genetically engineered into becoming one while he was still in the egg. He was meant to serve as a powerful weapon for his father.
