Light, it touches almost everything we know. It warms our bodies and brings life to the very earth we walk, but what happens when that immense force is contained in a small container? A container that lives and breathes, a container that feels pain and feels emotion. Born of a line of powerful Temporal Rifters Linnet was an anomaly even among them. With more power contained in his body than he should have survived, Linnet had one chance to prove himself or perish at the hands of the Organization.

Linnet is a great grandson of Allison, a being in which much mystery and chaos surrounds. The moment he was born and placed in his mother's arms was the moment his life was put in eternal danger. Born as a Time Tot which is a young Time Lord who hasn't yet harnessed their time traveling powers, Linnet was also born with the ability to harness light and bend it to his will. His early years were shrouded in pain as his body fought to contain the light's power and the light fought to escape. Training tended to be a bit tricky as his emotions influenced to light within him. Linnet is both feared and admired among those around him.

Several years have passed since Linnet left home. Leaving home being a nice way of saying hunted down. With Linnet being only three generations apart from Allison he is highly sought after by the Organization. Many times has he found a place where he could rest without fear only to have to leave by end of week so he wouldn't endanger the others. One day Linnet hopes to find a home that he won't have to run from, a place that is his. A portal appeared from thin air one day and he never looked back. Jumping from one realm to another in his search for safety Linnet has met and array of beings either eager to help him or eager to kill him. Along the way he acquired SoulStar, a sword of Heavenly creation. SoulStar's blade is made from Star Metal, a hilt from the trees of the gods or more commonly known as Cedar, and a pommel adorned with a sphere of amber. Linnet's sword also acts as a conductor for his power over light.

Linnet slides on a pair of jeans and a loose black t-shirt with some local band name on it. "Who would have thought I'd live long enough to sleep in a normal bed again." He lets out a soft chuckle. By some miracle his last rift landed him in a human realm and with a little help he was a "legal" citizen in just a few days. Walking to the kitchen of his shabby studio apartment, Linnet helped himself to a breakfast of cereal and milk. Meerr. A small black cat hops up on the counter next to Linnet. "Well good morning to you as well Kato. How are you liking the new form you have?" Kato flicks his ears and huffs. Linnet chuckles and pats Kato on the head, "I know, I know. It's not the form you want, but we have to follow the rules of the realm. We'll be leaving soon anyway."
