Circe

High Commander of the disgraced 7th Division, Circe is followed by the shadow of a past sin: it was her Division who lost thousands of good men to the likes of Frost and his sweet words, his calls for something better. Frost, the Eighteenth Cyclone, the betrayer. It was he who led more than half of Circe's men into falling from grace and becoming the corrupt Typhoons, cast out by the god they had once dedicated everything to- And it is Circe who was left to pick up the pieces and try to rebuild. It hasn't helped that the then-budding sub-faction of the Tempests was assigned to her 7th to bolster the ranks, yet still allowed to stay separate. More than once has tension run far too high between the true 7th and these 'interlopers', and it's unlikely to get any better any time soon.

No matter the tainted past of her Division, Circe herself is fiercely loyal to the Black Storms, though the distrust the other Divisions place upon her and her soldiers' shoulders is enough to make her bitter and aloof to those outside her own. Question her behind your back all you like, but imply any disloyalty to her face? And she'll turn her teeth and claws upon you in an instant.

She's always been rough around the edges - her Division is known for the weird, the unconventional, from the Black Cat Brigade to the Firebreathers - but she takes care of her own and lets them do things other High Commanders would balk at. Not that she cares what they think. Who cares if it's crazy, as long as it works?

And if she meets the now Arch-Fluxus Frost any time soon, well... Let's just say he's got a date with her teeth. No one tarnishes her Division's name, and lives to tell the tale.
