Note for the Curious:
This dragon is named after Thor's mighty hammer, Mjölnir. Translations often refer to the hammer as 'The Crusher' or 'The Grinder'. It is also a translation for 'Lightning.'

A Quick Run Down on the Dragon

Warmth. Comfort. Light.
As the small banescale lay comfortable in the cover of the large ferns and grasses that danced above, the child shifted. The light brightened, almost beckoning the child to wake up. Sure enough, soft magenta eyes opened.
Taking in the green fronds and blue sky, the child hesitantly got up. Where were they? They child warily explored through the shrubbery, before coming upon rocky ground. Just a ways away, the child could see the land cut off to a deep blue surface below that met the blue sky at the horizon.
With a confused blink, the child lifted their snout to the air to catch all the wafting scents. The small Banescale could smell salt from the sea, furry creatures that hid amongst the rocks, and two other things.
One was… familiar to say the least. The other even more so. Curious now, the child began to follow the scent most familiar to them. Slowly, they creeped over rocks and through the fronds of grasses and ferns. The scent became stronger as they grew nearer. The more they grew nearer, the warier they became.
As they got closer, the child practically crawled to the cover of an old stump and mossy rocks that led out into a clearing. And there it was. A beast much like themself. Yet green with a strange verdant mist the seethed off them. The other Banescale seemed to not have noticed their observer's presence, instead focused with their own task.
The child watched in awe as suddenly the green Banescale became an ebony pelted wolf, almost the same size of their former shape. As the now wolf stalked off, the child waited before clambering away. They'd need to get stronger before confronting this dragon. Whether or not this dragon could be friend or foe.
