left-hori.png At the end of the street lies not a shop, but a set of well worn steps, leading down into the darkness... Most simply walk on by. There are times, however, when one might feel a spark of curiosity... a little something that inspires you to break from your routine and brave the journey downward...

What you will find is a door - unmarked, and unlocked. A bell will ring as you cautiously push it open, and step into the narrow space within.

The room is a senseless clutter. Objects are piled high on all sides, teetering precariously as if they may topple with the slightest of jostles. Books, broken bottles, animal bones, jewellery, rusted swords, patterned rugs, old portraits, strangely shaped twigs, a glowing sphere... there is no cohesion to the mess, no rhyme or reason. And through this labyrinth of oddments emerges a gaunt figure, clattering their way forward toward their visitor.

"Found your way here have you? Oh, you must hear it too! You must! Something here calls to you - you need it, and I will sell it, oh I will... come, what has your eye?"

Five minutes later you will find yourself back on the street, clutching your new purchase to your chest with a sense bewilderment. You're not entirely certain it isn't cursed.
