Azuraline

Azuraline is very cunning, being both perceptive and insightful she can read those around her with startling accuracy, preferring to have very little social contact she uses those skills to keep things short and to the point knowing when she can press a point she needs to make or back away.

She prefers to stay aloof of those around her, though she does her best to never come off condescending and demeaning. She may prefer to avoid social interactions, but that does not mean she dislikes her fellow dragons, she just feels most comfortable in silence and solitude.

She is sure of her skill in her magic, but she is unsure of her place in the clan. Before she came to this clan, she was fine with using her observant skills to cut to the chase whether or not people misunderstood her attentions and demeanor and neither did she care if people cared for her or not. But this place actually feels like a home, but she still feels anxious and uncomfortable when a conversation lasts longer than a minute.

Little does she know her clan understands and they care for her so very much, trying not to pull her too far out of her comfort zone, they do their best to meet her where she's at. When she enters a common area and things quiet what she mistakes for judgement is actually them trying to be mindful to keep the noise from being too overwhelming. They know verbally checking in would make her uncomfortable so they stop by her lair when they know she is out to leave food or supplies she might need with a quick note.

Azuraline still felt very alone, until Galeru joined the clan. Laid back, confident, he had qualities she strived to have, they were polar opposites but somehow they became inseparable.

Galeru was chatty, but he was happy to softly ramble on without expecting her to respond and Azuraline grew to appreciate the company and the background noise while she worked. Galeru also always seemed to read her as well as she could read others, and knew how to softly diffuse her anxiety or lead the attention of a chatty visitor away from her and taking up the conversation.

She still thinks she'll never feel fully relaxed in noisy, crowded area, but with Galeru by her side she feels easier. The clan have noticed the difference as well and they are happy to see her find a companion and will often ask Galeru about her, happy to care about her from a distance until she's ready
