Becomes imperceptible at will, but in this state he cannot interact with objects other than standing or moving on them etc.


He's beautiful and thinks he's better than everyone else because of it. He's a "diplomat" - meaning he threatens dragons with his social power and dark magic from the Shadewalker cult to get what he wants. Generally very arrogant probably partially due to his very powerful dark magic and the fact that he's mates with Serith's first daughter, so according to his beliefs, he is mates with a demigoddess.
