An egg that was stowed away from it's nest, Hadien was born to an assassin in need of an heir. He was getting too old to keep doing it, but was unable to have children of his own. Hadien spent his early days of childhood training to fight and to hunt. He's a skilled archer as well.

His captor had a mission to best a rival clan of assassins, and raised Hadien to do the same. Hadien had one problem though; he had a tender heart. He was the type to apologize to his kills and to thank them for their sacrifice. Under the guise of being an assassin, was a truly humble and kind dragon, not too sure how he ended up living the life he was living but also not the type to disappoint the man he believed to be his father. So Hadien strived for perfection, he strived to make his father proud of him, and he strived to take down the rival clan - if only to satisfy his father and nobody else.

It wasn't long before the rival clan noted his existence and took a step from his captor's book and stole an egg to raise as their own. He didn't know what to make of her at first. His father urged him to hate her, to make her his enemy, and to immediately stop her in her tracks. Neither of them anticipated the powerful magic she would come to wield; magic she was born with, magic that ran in her blood...they wondered if the rival clan themselves even realized how powerful she could become. He was completely enraptured by it. He was born to fight her, to hate her...but he was awed by her very existence and smitten from the start. He tried to convince himself he wasn't and fought against the feelings to better himself and fulfil his promises to his father.

It was all well and good till the day she finally did best him. It was all such a blur he's not even sure if it was by accident or on purpose. All he knows is that as he lie dying, he confessed his love to her and he thought that'd be it...those would be his last words spoken. But then he was awakened again. His eyes opened, he was sure of it...but he could not see. He could feel again though. He knew he was alive somehow. And he knew Vecna was close, he could feel her presence all around him. She told him she would never let him go again. It was everything he ever wished for...but was this the way it was meant to be? Something felt off but he couldn't quite name it...
