Why is Vescor here, in Arcane of all places? She herself doesn't know, but has decided to make the best of her circumstances. A wanderer in almost every sense, she camps anywhere and will strike up a conversation with anyone who strikes her fancy. If you do end up in an exchange with her, she will spin larger-than-life stories of how she came to be here and her "mission," stating that she wants to devour the sun whole and rule Sornieth herself. Usually this just ends up scaring the younger dragons. Vescor wanders in and out of the clan all the time, but she always returns with a new fantastical story at the ready.
