Biography
Glitter tries to be serious, she really does - especially now that she’s got a gig in the coli - but sometimes her inner goofball (see below) just will not be denied. It doesn’t help being partnered with Pyrrhus and Magnus, who are basically the two biggest killjoys on the face of the planet.
She has made it her goal in life to get one of them to crack a smile. It may or may not be a coincidence that around this time, Pyrrhus started wearing a mask. Mayhaps there’s more than mirth he’s hiding?
... Glitter tries not to think too hard about what that might be.
—————-
Things became more complicated during one of their Forbidden Portal runs. It had been a good day - lots of enemies, decent loot, and all of them had been feeling pretty great about their success, if a bit run down after all their hard work, when a Fear Frog showed up.
The logical thing to do would have been to take their winnings and make a break for it - the bosses in this venue packed a nasty punch but their bulk and the distortion of their limbs meant they weren’t very fast, so Glitter and her partners would be able to make a clean getaway.
But Glitter, riding on the high of their earlier success, and determined to try and impress Pyrrhus even if it killed her - never mind that this thing could actually kill her - insisted they could take it, and at first, it seemed like she hadn’t been wrong in her assessment. They’d all had plenty of breath stored up after all of their earlier fighting, and the Frog was taking a beating.
But then it dodged one of Glitter’s attacks, puffed itself up and spat out a nasty spell that barreled straight towards her. Frozen in dismay at her miss, Glitter stared in horror as the spell sizzled closer, only to be knocked to the side as Pyrrhus body checked her out of the way and took the hit. Stoic to the last, he didn’t utter a sound even as he crashed to the ground, acid burning through his scales in a horrid splash pattern. Glitter started frantically digging through their supplies for a healing potion, but her head went up in shock at the angry ROAR that Magnus let out, charging towards the Frog in a foolhardy rush. Glitter shook, sick with fear for both her boys - her serious, straight laced boys, and they were both hers, weren’t they, and oh this was not the time to be having that realization, focus - but she had to concentrate on saving Pyrrhus first. She treated the wounds on his side first, wrapping them with bandages, before removing his mask so she could tip a potion down his throat.
