Wally was initially inspired by the character Wally Franks from Bendy and the Ink Machine, who I had gone off the rails in creating character for when I RPd as him, and actually liked BatIM. When Chapter 3 rolled around and broke my interest in it entirely, I didn't want to let go of the character that I had put so much into. Thus Wally Bates the Manticore was born! He's extremely near and dear to my heart, even if I do less with him these days. He's a big fluffbeast and I desperately want to give him a hug.
