Log 1: Some sort of mindless dragon partially made of wax and constantly alight. It is never found far from Conflo, who I suspect to have created it.

Log 2: Etrange has evidence of damage on it in the form of old burn wounds, and that sort of mistiness in the eyes usually belonging to a corpse. I question the livingness of this dragon and suspect foul play in its creation. Its actual candle formations stay constantly alight and are seemingly the source of fire magic, as this dragon has been on occasion been witnessed using. Valdis reports that Etrange, when away from Conflo on rare occurrences, is often setting things ablaze.
