Katerina is the most hyperactive out of the three ladies. She's a ball of energy, running around and always having something to talk about. She can rarely sit still, much to the dismay of Katia, who has her as one of her charges. She loves to swim, and loves it when her pretty teal mane swishes around in the water. Katerina often entwines long strands of seaweed into her mane as well. Her favorite snacks are mussels, oysters and scallops of all varieties slathered in blue honey, and she loves sweets of all sorts. Katerina doesn't just love exploring the ocean, but she's always collecting seashells, and making tons of paintings and drawings of the things she encounters there. She also brings the interesting fish and other sealife that she finds to be housed in aquariums Katherine has. Katerina was immediately loving towards Kate when she first met her, and was happy to teach and help the hatchling experience all the things she could on the island that they lived on. In fact, Katerina was the one who taught Kate how to swim, supervised by Katia of course. She was also the one who taught her about all the underwater plants that were found in the ocean, and how to make little bracelets from long strands of seaweed and pieces of kelp. |
