Biography

Custom Progenitor, co-ruler of the Clan with Merlin.

Morgana always has a plan. She is a powerful sorceress who, among other things, has mastered the rituals to make any breed of dragon into almost any other. Her specialty is turning other breeds into Fae. Delving into forbidden arts and her unbridled ambition are why she was exiled from her kin and stripped of her bloodlines.

She was horrified when her first breed change ritual subject, Merlin, lost his memory as a side effect of her then- experimental ritual. She was terrified at the prospect of losing her first and only friend. She convinced him they were siblings so he could never leave her, unlike her blood family which cast her out. She also did not want anyone thinking her rituals could have unintended consequences. So, she passes off the memory loss side effect as intentional, and does whatever is necessary to ensure her political power and protect her image as an all-powerful sorceress. She will stop at nothing to ensure that nothing interferes with her sibling relationship with Merlin, even if it means tricking her own granddaughter into undergoing her breed changing ritual and sending her granddaughter’s offspring to serve the Shadowbinder.

The combination of the breed change and its memory erasing effect is, sadly, sought out by many dragons who wish to forget or escape their pasts, and her clan has grown immensely in a short period of time.

She guards the secrets of this ritual closely, refusing to let any dragon witness the ritual save the one on whom it is being performed, who of course does not remember how it was done once it is completed.

One day, a strange Coatl arrived in the clan's territory with the offer to trade knowledge. She has considered sharing her ritual's secret with him, but she is hesitant. Although she does not know it, she is right to be concerned...
