A bit impish (pun not, for once, intended) and very playful for a dragon the size of a school bus. Quite likes zapping other dragons with small shocks; nothing that would hurt too badly, but she finds it fun to see them jump.
She's the clan weather forecaster, which surprises some dragons who expect a Water dragon's prophecies rather than the mechanisms with which Oya works. She's been known to get the first day of Trickmurk wrong on purpose, but otherwise is very reliable and has logs of the clan's temperature dating back to when she first joined. Lightning dragons are inherently drawn to data collection, so it could be considered her "hoard". She deliberately includes uwu speak into her daily reports, though, purely because it drives a lot of the rest of the clan bonkers.
