Providence

The true Providence is an immensely powerful deity who dwells in a different world; the dragon going by the moniker in Sornieth is merely a faithful follower of the Profaned Goddess, wielding her power. Suffering a loss that left her in dire peril, the goddess sent out a plea that resonated through space and time. The dragon it ended up reaching agreed to aid the deity in restoring her strength, and was gifted with a portion of magic that changed her from the inside out, with her physical appearance more closely reflective of Providence's own visage.

She acts for her goddess by attempting to gather worshippers, or otherwise hunting down magical objects to siphon for offerings. As far as character goes, the dragon has oodles of charisma she puts to good use, and has already amassed a small following in the clan. It's almost a little eerie how much information she can glean about another dragon from only a few seconds of conversation - perhaps it's part of the power gifted to her - but she never uses this to manipulate or blackmail anyone into joining her cause. If they join, they do so of their own accord.

However, the dragon Providence does not have it easy, as enemies of the goddess have also made themselves known in Sornieth. Of particular note are Calamitas and Cosmilite, serving a master who wants nothing more than to find the goddess herself. Neither dragon have been successful in capturing the Banescale marked by Providence, despite Cosmilite operating directly within the clan. A clash between the three is inevitable, but Providence's dragon hopes to have swayed enough minds to give her, and her goddess, a real fighting chance.
