Biography
Prisym
~ Scribe, Bookworm & Astrologist ~
~ Scribe, Bookworm & Astrologist ~
B I O G R A P H Y
Prisym is completely a bookworm. He's a scribe and loves anything history-related, but also has a passion for anything undiscovered. He always keeps his journal on hand, as he loves to write and sketch his new findings, mostly new plants and insects. Although, you will most likely find him in the lair's library. Prisym usually takes it upon himself to help keep the clan's gigantic library organized and pristine. But remember, a little dust always adds to the charm! Equally likely, you might find him exploring the Starwood Strand with his mate, Xatia. Both having an affinity for wildlife, they spend countless joyous hours out together. Being a child of the stars along with having them in his eyes, Prisym is utterly fascinated by the heavens. At the very top floor of the library, there is a large telescope set up with an opening to the sky. Prisym spends a fair amount of time studying the vast reaches of where his instrument can see. He writes down his findings in a separate journal and keeps it within the space of the library. Being an Imperial, a scribe, and a primal, Prisym is very wise. He is the one that many of the clan come to for advice. Prisym enjoys giving such advice to anyone who wants it, he enjoys helping others with his knowledge. And the cause for such profound insight, is his eyes themselves. They are not like the eyes of others, they have the ability to see the invisible. Prisym can see emotions and feelings, reading other dragons practically like a book. He can know how someone might be thinking and help them through it like nobody else can. |

But with wisdom and magic comes respect, and with respect comes exaltation. Leo, one of the lair's first Obelisks, was interested in Prisym's realm of expertise and asked for an apprenticeship. The Imp was honored by the request and gladly accepted. He trained him, but they quickly found that Leo had no talent in the weaving of spells. And in the Obelisk's frustration and obvious anger, Prisym decided it would be best to curb his delight of gemstones and the magical energy they housed. But, as they studied, the scribe began to notice a change. Leo had a fire for the subject and wanted to learn as much as he could, but Prisym soon realized it became an obsession rather than purely a realm of study. He worries for him, the Imp's eyes can see more than visuals after all. Leo changed the longer he studied, but Prisym still teaches him both to find out the actual meaning of his intentions and work, alongside the aspect of 'why'. With his magic ability and strength, the brawn of which largely coming from his size, Prisym is quite valued in the coliseum. With the team consisting of Panorin, Glenden, and himself, they are very successful in bringing back all kinds of food, materials, trinkets, and familiars. Although the loot is important, they also do it for fun. They are close friends who have bonded through their field training and they all enjoy going into battle with each other. It takes a great amount of trust to know your partners have your back, and this team has it like no other. But since Panorin has duties to attend to with running the clan and making sure everything is running smooth, sometimes just Glenden and Prisym will go out exploring in the clan's territory. Prisym and his mate might mingle with the other dragons, but mostly stay consistent. |
