Polecat

A delver who goes down mines to rescue workers who have become trapped, search for missing dragons or scout out new or dangerous tunnels. Polecat is an excellent digger who has been exploring caves and tunnels all his life. First in service of the Lightning Flight administration, but now for the Council.

Polecat first came into contact with them when he was asked to help out after a mining accident. The tundra noticed right away that their tunnels were poorly constructed, these dragons were new to the mining industry. He did what he could, impressing Jupiter by saving all of the dragons trapped by the cave in. He offered to stay on for a while as an advisor and get them in contact with a crew of experienced tunnelers. Jupiter gladly accepted his help and slowly but surely pulled him into her organisation. She considers Polecat a crucial member of the Council and let's him have much more leeway than even some of her admins.
