Biography

FALLEN SUNCASTER
powerful lightmage | exiled | determined and power hungry

light_2.png5710.png1168.png1084.png251.png

CHARACTERISTICS:
Being extremely intellectual and gifted, Pyrite is a valuable member of the clan. His knowledge and advice has served the Resilient Ascension well. On the other hand, his cruel and dark nature does not please everyone and while his advice is often sought, not many would decide to seek his company for anything else.

BACKGROUND:
Pyrite was born under the best stars possible, for he hatched strong in body and mind and had incredible gifts of magic and intelligence. He solved the most mind boggling mysteries with ease and there was no spell that long avoided his understanding.

Because of his gifts the young imperial was taken to study in the vast libraries and archives of the Lightweaver -there was so much hope that he might be what their mother had intended all the imperials to become and might help chenge her view of this flawed race.

Hungry for knowledge and power, he learned everything that was taught for him, and always asked for more, eventually leading to exploring things on his own when his teachers could no longer satisfy his curiosity.

Driven to anger towards their mother for her cruelty and ignorance towards her firstborn children, and for the obnoxious pearlcatchers who loved nothing more than mocking the imperial for his 'attempts at being better', Pyrite turned his gaze towards the mysterious and dark Hewn City. There he would scavenge for ancient text and relics and forgotten knowledge and spells.

Little by little his trips there got longer and darker, and whatever secrets he uncovered, whatever vile spells he mastered under those odd shadows, they slowly drove him dark, sullen and cruel. So his bright light flickered and dimmed and once he was found out for what he had become, he was driven out from Sunbeam Ruins.

Leaving he cursed all those who he left behind, and swore to be greater, brighter and more powerful than any of them could imagine.
