Alitaptap made a deal with an eldritch being for his magic, but this strange, alien being seems more interested in exploring life among dragons, often in the form of small pets like cats. Though he's prone to changing species on a whim, he's quite easy to identify due to his preference (or need?) to change into black furred, yellow cat-eyed, child forms of the creatures he imitates.
