the tailcoat is a great match for his jacket but the steampunk vest and bodice were a good way to get the blue from his undershirt into the design. the linen neck wraps are perfect for his neck brace and i like how you layered the flair scarf underneath all those clothes so it'd look like his tie! and of course i love the (sea)horse familiar you gave him!
