About: Kari has always had a passion for adventure, artistry, and seeing the whole of Sornieth. His mother often caught him trying to sneak out of their home to go have “an adventure” when he was a hatchling. When Kari came of age, his whole clan was surprised when he didn’t immediately fly off. Kari stayed, wanting to explore his home territory and decided to apprentice himself to a cartographer. . Kari’s dedication to his master was admirable, but he quickly discovered making maps was not how he wanted to spend his life. Using his knowledge of Sornieth, Kari flew off, intending to finally fulfill his dreams of adventure. . Eventually, when Kari was flying over the border between Light and Lightning territory, he spotted a dragon lying on the ground. He swooped down and realized the Pearlcatcher was badly injured. Kari was concerned and managed to help the injured dragon to the nearest clan. When the Pearlcatcher recovered, he managed to spell his name out for Kari, as Garan had suffered injuries that made him mute. Kari quickly taught his friend a sign language he had learned in his travels, and Garan was beyond grateful. . Garan followed Kari to his next stop on his journey and the instant they landed, Garan felt he was needed. This clan lacked a healer and something called him to this place. Kari agreed to stay with Garan, working as a temporary messenger for the clan. Eventually, Kari became the clan’s permanent messenger, using his knowledge to deliver messages for Cyra. . Kari’s cheerful and outgoing personality quickly made him friends, and he helped a shy Garan to make friends as well. He also taught Olelon the sign language so the linguist could teach it to any other dragon who wished to learn. INVENTORY:
