"A cordial welcome to you from the Gladeshadow Province," Oka greets softly. "I hope you have a pleasant visit. If you have any problems, please let one of us know. Prince Lichen is our marshal, and our scribe may also be able to assist you."

Oka's origins are somewhat mysterious, as she does not usually bring up her past. The earliest known portion of her life was that she once lived quietly in a secluded forest, and she has supported this myth by occasionally reminiscing on her time in the deep woods. Even so, drakes suspect that she may have come from much further away than she lets on. One certainty is that Oka holds immense magical power. She can tap into the life force of plants or other organisms in order to manipulate their movements and minds, and she has the fascinating ability to enchant things. She has several powerful items that emanate a verdant energy aura.

Although once a simple leader, Oka has earned her title as Empress through many years of hard work. She also watches over the royal nursery, which is located in the palace. Expectant couples come here to rest in the tranquil garden, feeling safe under the Empress's watchful eyes. They also ask for her blessing upon their children, and she honors these wishes by visiting all the nests in the area and resting a claw gently upon each egg. Though she typically stays by the nursery, Oka also wanders the entirety of her Province, gliding across the forests with her expansive wings.

She is a very lovely and graceful dragon, and her wise reign has instilled a sense of gladness in her subjects. Though her people expect her rule to last many more years, they also support the crown princess, Jalsa, and patiently await the day for Oka's daughter to recieve the mantle of leadership.

Although Oka is protective of her kingdom, she is very kind and is always willing to seek out friendship in potential new allies. She is loving towards her people and shows respect to everyone, and she discourages fighting with other drakes. When it comes to monsters threatening her territory though, she can quickly transform from a quiet queen into a fierce warrior. She loves her husband dearly. The couple have been together for a long time, and they continue to care for one another despite any challenges they face.

She is the glad owner and founder of Swamplurk Hatchery and desires to find loving homes for all hatchlings hoping to leave the Province.
