History

Oksana looked at the coatl, Vulonlok, in disbelief.
“Matriarch, you called for me?” she hummed in the coatl language. Being nocturne has its perks..
Vulonlok flared her void colored feathers, happily, motioning for the nocturne to follow her. “As you know, Phantasos has left the vicinity of Shanokia- which deeply affects the security of this place. As… my adopted son has stated that he refuses to return as of right now.” she signed softly. “He has apparently, from Idris’ report- turned into a banescale.”
Oksana nodded for her to continue.

“We are lacking in security, even though the tree warden’s are keeping us safe, and while most of the clan at this point are of the gatekeeper’s blood… it isn't strong enough. Most of the clan don’t even possess the powers that blood gave. Phantasos was a rarity….”

Oksana shifted a bit uncomfortably. She inherited nothing from her mother, who was Phantasos’ daughter. “I’m case in point, aren't i?”

“Well yes, but you are the most outgoing of the naomi’s in this lair that are free of the shade- and aren’t creepy like the fae twins-”

Oksana snorted. The fae twins scare every non naomi. Vulonlok shot her a look before continuing.

“You are able to detect the shade, and other naomis. You can talk almost every language and dialect, and you have charisma. You have a task- fly by the winds and find hatchlings, or adults, and convince them to come to us. The entire horde is at your disposal.”

Oksana nodded, and bowed. "I accept the task, Matriarch."
