The 'face' of LUCKY ST4R is the ex-corporate millionaire usually known as Seven of Spades, or Seven if you're pressed for time. Once at the very peak of the city, a bad bet left him destitute and homeless. For the past few decades he's been rebuilding his connections with the help of the infamous hacker STARKILLER, creating between them the nebulous organisation named LUCKY ST4R after the noodle shop they operate out of.

Seven is a man who clearly suffers under the shadow of his old self, forever stuck in a state of quiet fury that he no longer commands the respect he used to. Yet his desire to get back there forces him ever onwards, wheeling and dealing with the tools that he once used to schmooze his fellows into buying stock. The problem is that despite how long it's been since he was in those high places, everyone knows from the way that he talks and walks and holds himself that he wasn't made for the dirty neon streets of the South Side of Neo Necropolis. It's for this reason he needs the customers they've hooked their claws into.

On the inside he's more introspective than you may think, aware of his own failings yet not strong enough to overcome them. He holds people at arm's length, brain always thinking of ways he could get a leg up on them, a mechanic which largely prevents him from having real friends. He's unsure what to do when he is around those he trusts, the few they are, but he does enjoy sharing a nice drink on a tower balcony or watching the dancers from the upper levels of the nightclub BLISS, having company that he truly hopes won't stab him in the back the moment such an opportunity is presented.
