Pepsicola is a private eye and protector of all things that can make her a quick buck.

She's got a chip on her shoulder from too many failed cases where she was hired to find out something anyone could have done on their own and has no patience for wasted effort. Always on the move, she found herself in the Pustules due to their unscrupulous reputation. Surrounded by swindlers, criminals, and thieves, she's settled quite comfortably in the lair where her services are always highly requested. Of course, she's no angel herself and will take up any job, regardless of who's in the right on the matter. Notably she used to be a cop back in light territory, often looking the other way when it came to Taro's syndicate. Since the collapse, she's followed the old boss to the Pustules where she found action and employment.

Despite her success, she's always broke from excessive spending on what she deems "cool and entirely necessary stuff" - namely clothes and novelty merchandise. She's notably one of the only dragons who wears shoes in the lair if only because she spent so much money on them that she needs to justify the purchase. Her office is located right next to Big Boots' and he constantly finds a new knick knack on her desk, usually small handheld fans in a variety of colors.
