Biography

Nei washes and cleans ores, helps cool reactors and keeps radioactive materials away from dragons but largely keeps to himself. He only ever hisses, glares and flicks his frills to communicate. Nobody has heard his voice. Supposedly he can control snakes, though he might just be a very good reptile trainer. He always has at least one serpent helping him out, even if it's just for moral support or carrying letters. His spirit jug summons a hognose snake instead of the typical fish sprite.
