Background:

"How much treasure would it cost to navigate across Plague?" Glykys asked, plopping a coin pouch atop a counter. Salt tanged the air and sounds of gulls could be heard.

A reddish mirror looked across from her. "Quite a bit if you want to make it past the Boneyard. Trips like that aren't cheap. What's your business in Plague?"

"Things are looking tight for Banescales now, and it won't be long before I get a Gaoler on my tail. I'm looking to get lost."

"You can do that yourself, no treasure needed, if you head into the Boneyard." The mirror laughed.

"I figured I'd ask some of the locals first," she quipped. "Thank you," she said before departing.

It occurred to her she could join a small fleet, she certainly had the skills, but she loved the land a bit too much.

With time, she found herself at the Crimson Borough. "This place seems strangely familiar..." she couldn't help but mutter.

Upon meeting the Gaolers, she cursed aloud, but resigned to Containment. She loved meeting the other Banescales, and vowed to become a pirate with them. In the meantime, she gets let out sometimes so long as she provides food for the rest of the crew.

Glykys has a bit of a rough and outgoing personality. She holds her emotions close to her and harnesses them well. She is quite caring and loves to cook in her spare time, especially sharing the finished meal with others.
