Special New Year/New Decade baby. Everyone was excited for her arrival and they were not disappointed. Everyone has different plans for her, but she will turn herself to the next best thing when it arrives. Spoiled and has to be the first for everything. Originally hatched from a Nocturne egg. Name translates to 'New Decade' in Greek Eyes When she first opened her eyes, they were shocked to see that her pupils had been slitted into that of a goat's. She was assigned the role as a the clan's Lightning Representative, a role she is still feeling anxious over. A Grievous Year Unfortunately, while her birth was fortuitous, the entire year of 2020 was not. Thanks to this, the clan sheltered her relentlessly from the sad state of the world until they deemed her ready to take on the role of Lightning Ambassador. Original Appearance  |

Representative Training Since the last Lightning Representative has long since moved on, Neadekaetia was forced to figure out her duties on her own. Luckily she was the baby of the clan for a long time, so the older Lightning dragons were able to tell her how to correctly perform as an Ambassador. Hobbies When she has free time, she likes to practise her lightning magic against the dead trees. This has caused some friction against her by the Nature Ambassador Hiatais. Other than that, she gets along fine with the other flight representatives when they meet once a month before the start of each festival. |

Planned Transformation She is to be turned into a Ridgeback once the clan gains the Flight's discount, truthfully, she is feeling nervous. Does being transformed into a new species hurt? I had to go with Neadekaetia.
I love a good lightning dragon and her lore is really great - but man 2020 was a rough year. More than anything I love the yellow of blend with the veined, and then Jupiter kind of continues the pattern as well. Her colors are really lovely! I love how she looks so much like the Shifting Expanse with the outfit you gave her over the desert-y colors.
