Takumi

A travelling monk and master of the shakuhachi, Takumi spends his days wandering around Sornieth. He soothes those he meets with the music from his flute and happily teaches both the instrument and his unique method of meditation to any who show interest. He often returns to the ETC B-4 and spends much time there teaching about music, meditation, and the dragons and cultures of the world.

Takumi and Sai are dear friends, bonded over the ability to find and create peace through their art. Pulse and Takumi have a strained relationship; she feels that his music lacks direction due to it's arrhythmic and improvisatory style and often tries to add a beat of her own when he's performing. Despite this they are able to get along, and Takumi has been instrumental (pun intended) in directing her to locations or people who can help in her quest to catalogue the music of Sornieth.
