A lover of street knowledge, Loucetios, while having full capability to preform immensely powerful earth magic (though they were named after a famous lightning dragon), has ultimately rejected the possibility of becoming a mage. Louc, in all his strange, unfounded power, has decided that he would much rather prefer being in the loop in regards to all manner of gossip.
Anything from relationship statuses, local shop stock, whose cheated who, new hatchling arrivals, and potential criminals, Louc has heard it all, and he will not stop digging for more. Whatever information you might need, chances are, that nosey Pearlcatcher knows something about it.
