 Many dragons claim to have seen Cicero, but none can be certain. This shifty creature disappears completely in the shadows, only dashing out here and there to strike terror into the hearts of her prey. It is said that she feeds on nightmares, constantly frightening those unlucky enough to wander into her territory so that she never goes hungry.

Anyone that suffers a Cicero-induced nightmare experiences no physical harm, but has lasting symptoms of believing- no, being certain that things aren't as they seem... (I could've sworn that I had thrown that mirror out...)
