Me
Kal is me, KalicoKat, in dragon form. They are a bit introverted, and prefer to socialize in small groups or to be alone. When out and about, they prefer quieter places to noisy ones, and detest crowds. But they would really rather be on their couch in their favorite hoodie, pajama pants, and horribly patterned socks. Kal has a love of plants, and has been growing succulents in their apartment for a while now. They has more plants than they have room for, but their favorites are their Thanksgiving Cactuses, their Aloe 'Black Gem', their pink-spined cactus, and their Elephant Bush. When not at work, doing schoolwork, or caring their her plants, Kal enjoys watching The Office and Parks and Recreation over and over. They also enjoy watching the Critical Role, though they have resigned themselves to never being able to catch up to their current sessions. And they play video game with their husband when possible, as their wrist problems prevent them from playing much themselves. Their favorites have been Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Trilogy and Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Kal also has a love of books, their favorites being the Harry Potter series, which they have read numerous times. They are a Gryffindor, or at least they would be if dragons could attend Hogwarts. For this dragon, a love of books does not come without a love for writing. Kal loves to create personalities and weave stories about their fellow dragons here on Flight Rising, even if their anxiety and perfectionist tendencies keep them from writing them all down. They do their best to share their writing here, even if they will never share it with anyone in real life. Someday, they fancy themselves writing actual fantasy novels, but do not know if this will ever become reality. As with any true Guardian, Kal has a Charge, her husband. Normally a little shy, socially awkward, and non-confrontational, Kal easily becomes a fierce warrior when they feel that he needs to be protected. Which is not often, thankfully. They are not sure how to finish this little bio, so they will end with this tidbit: Kal also immensely enjoys cats (though they does not currently own any), wine, and coffee. |
