Actaea

↠ Clan Leader

As the clan's leader, Actaea is serious and usually very calm, to the point of seeming cold. However, he values the clan's happiness more than anything and is decisive and rational in making sure the clan stays safe. He takes into account the wishes of the majority, and sees maintaining the peace of the clan as his most vital role.
____Actaea gets along well with most of the clan's members, though he is too busy to get to know most of them. He is good at delegating tasks but usually does not stick around to make friends. His current mate is Naidis, and he has a lot of respect for her. He has many children, few of whom he has any contact with. This does not upset him, for he knows they will do their best in whatever they do and wherever they go.
____The two children who have chosen to remain in the clan are Curufinwë and Sercë, who do not get along with one another. Actaea is aware of this, and tries to get them to work together but doesn't examine the intricacies of why their relationship is this way.

Actaea ponders the question gravely. "The peace of my clan is of utmost importance to me, but the peace we enjoy today was not won easily. In the early days of establishing the clan, before I was even considered a leader, there was a lot of conflict between members of the clan. My vision of peace did not bode well with others, who prioritised fame or taking part in battles. And so I drove these dragons from the clan, through means of which I am not proud. I lost many friends, but seeing the clan as it is now... I feel I did the right thing."
