Background:

Illustris walked through the gardens. He had a break, for now. He liked feeling the wind rustle his fur. It reminded him of his few days of being a Banescale, before he was caught by a few Gaolers. They were kind enough to turn him into a Gaoler too. That way he wouldn't spend all his life in a Gaoler jail, but instead could live free.

The Banescale turned Gaoler was certainly a title. Some Gaoler lairs had tried to get him to join, and encourage the Banescales to stop their rebellion, but that didn't sit well with him. He preferred to travel. It didn't help that Gaolers shunned him for not having an order, and that many other shunned him for being a Gaoler.

He curled up a bit in a particularly sunny spot. He was glad to have met Laete. Granted, she had no clue what awaited her at the Crimson Borough, but he was glad he trusted her.

Now, he chose to be a Keeper. It feels wrong to imprison the Banescales, or really anyone, but he chose his order so that he may intermingle with the prisoners.

Illustris is overall rather well-liked by the other Gaolers. He has a love for nature and keeps his nest area rather floral. He's on the shy side, but is kind and friendly to those he talks to.
