 Ebonyrose the Warrior Mother

When a young dragon comes into the clan, Ebonyrose is told to watch out for them. Keeping tabs on newcomers is what she does best, and when they're ready to begin formal training she is the one to approach them. Her voice is the one that whispers in their ears about the benefits of submitting themselves to the rigorous training of the city Watch, or tells them of the glory of joining the Gatekeepers. It is up to her to recruit from within, and she is good at her job.

Ebonyrose came to Valorian as a seasoned veteran, skilled in combat and strategy. She passed the tests and joined the Gatekeepers quickly, earning her small fame in a clan that prides themselves on military strength. When she was approached about recruitment, she agreed quickly. To see others follow in her footsteps and learn the deadly dance of battle brought her much joy.

It seems she has eyes in many places, clan comings and goings never outside her scope. If a new dragon with potential arrives, she is the first to greet them and help them settle. She is also the first to visit their home late in the night to plant the seed of joining their cause through their dreams. Effective at what she does, she has earned the nickname Warrior Mother. A perfect title considering how many young dragons she raises into the job.
