Star weaver of the water

Unlike most star readers or keepers .. she works with the waters. A small bowl before her as her claws waves lightly over the surface of the deep blue water. A dark blue that shouldn't be possible in such a shallow bowl. She reads the cosmos from this bowl. The stars appear before her as if she summoned them. Her readings show many things; past, present and future. She tries to not look into future events..for there are things there that no one should see. A darkness that looms in all. Though the future is not set in stone or in her case water. It flows ever changing by everyday events.

Such events brought her to traveling the lands in search of a home. A place her gift and curse could be put to good use and understood. She feared being forced to misuse her gift. The thought she could do harm to others and have no say in the matter. She hid away to avoid this fate. She was fearful of the world. A lesson she learned in trying to read her own future. She vowed to never look into her own stars again.. Mainly out of fear but also so she cold recover herself. It took time as she hid away in the shadows and depths. Time till she heard a calling. The stars in her visions coming to her and trying to show her the way. The way to a new home.

Once more she took to her bowl. waving her claws across the waters as they rippled lightly at her touch. The stars appeared like they always did. Stepping back she stood up and threw her clawed hands into the air as the water tossed and swirled out of the bowl. Splashing and surging around the small cave she had hid away in. "Show me.." She spoke softly as the stars kept their form in the flowing water.
