Langa came into this workplace oblivious to the fact that the store was a front. A front for what? Ah, yknow. Nothing major. Just a gathering spot for spies to trade information with the Amicus syndicate. Yet the manager kept him around. As it was good to have a worker that could actually look after pets. Better yet, The cats also adore him. It's like he's catnip to them. It definitely had nothing to do with the boss having a soft spot for him. No, no no. That was just a rumour sparked up by Aurum.

So here Langa was. A constant presence in the store, unknowing to the stabby side of business. Mainly since the manager and the cleaner do well in keeping things hidden. Sure, Langa was a bit surprised to see so many menacing customers come in but he supposed the cuteness of cats was a universal thing that everyone wanted to experience.
